Our Home Maintenance Program is a preventative maintenance membership designed to help protect your roof and home through scheduled inspections, minor maintenance, and priority service before small issues become costly repairs.

Basic Plan: One inspection per year.

Premium Plan: Two inspections per year.

Commercial Plans: Custom inspection schedules based on your property's needs.

If we discover any issues during your inspection, we'll provide a detailed report with photos and recommendations. If repairs are needed, we'll explain your options before any additional work is performed.

Minor preventative maintenance is included with your membership. Larger repairs or replacements are quoted separately. Premium Members also receive discounts on qualifying repairs.

In many cases, no. As long as we have access to the property, we can complete the exterior inspection. We'll provide your inspection report after the visit.
